Location: the hotel was just off public transport. Plus it was 155 mins drive from Gregory's Lake. There were a seating area, a laptop, and a writing desk in the rooms, which made them well laid out. Bidet in the shared bathroom was a plus🙂

We had an okay stay at this place. The location was quite convenient as there was a bus stop nearby and we could easily get to town. The bathroom was clean and the blankets were good. The staff was friendly and offered us tea and coffee multiple times. The room was affordable and spacious enough for a night's stay.
The lack of free Wi-Fi was inconvenient.

Complementary breakfast was good and the hotel staff was really friendly. the location was convenient, as it was close to restaurants and shopping areas. the view from the room was nice and provided a good opportunity to see the surrounding area.
The hotel room was not clean and had a bad smell. the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom was not properly maintained.

Our recent city break stay was a pleasant surprise. Two things stood out immediately: the cleanliness of the bathroom and the extremely comfortable beds. The location was also ideal, situated near many attractions within walking distance. One added bonus was the helpfulness of the staff that went from making sure we had enough pillows to giving us tips on the best places to eat.
The noise level from neighboring rooms was very high and kept us up at night. while there was supposed to be Wi-Fi and a kitchen included, both came with extra fees that were unexpected.
